I am not sure what values to put into the prescription fields
To purchase your lenses, you will need to enter your valid prescription on the product page. The first value is Quantity (Qty) (all lens prices are written price per one lens). Second is Power (SPH) which will be either a “+” or “-” number (i.e. -2,50 or +2,50) Power can also be 0,00 or Plano, this means that you don’t require vision correction. The Third value is Radius (BC) which typically will be 8,3 - 9,0. As drop-down option to choose will be only for lenses who have more than one BC. The Forth value is Diameter (DIA) and is typically between 13.8 – 14.5. As drop-down option to choose will be only for lenses who have more than one BC. If you have either Presbyopia or Astigmatism you will need to fill in some extra fields. For toric lenses to correct Astigmatism, you will be asked Cylinder Power (CYL), typically from -0,75 to -2,75, some extra lenses up to -4,25 and Axis, typically from 10 to 180 (step 10 degree) For Multifocal lenses to correct Presbyopia, you will need to fill Add power range (+1,00 to +2,50) or add type (Low, Med, High). If the value is greyed-out in the dropdown list, it means that this value is fixed for this specific lens.
I have the same or different powers in both eyes or required a different brand lens for each eye, how do I order a single box or pcs?
If you only need vision correction for one eye or you have the same correction for both eyes, you can buy contact lens in single boxes or pcs. On the product page, you can select lens quantity that you would like to buy as first choice where you input your lens power. Remember, a price that you can see on top of the product page is per one lens. If you have a different correction for both eyes and you use the same brand lens for both eyes. At first, you fill all required fields for a right eye and when you did it, activate the field for another eye – press +Select another, and fill all required fields for a left eye.

PRESCRIPTION QUESTIONS
Where can I find my prescription?
You can find your prescription details on your contact lens box, or on the individual lens blister packs. If you don’t have either of these, contact your Eye Care Professional to request the correct details.
What should be included in contact lens prescription?
Depending on your individual requirements your prescription will be made up to 3 – 7 values. Most Contact lens prescriptions contain 3 values, the Power (SPH), Base Curve (BC) and Diameter (D). If you have Astigmatism and/or Presbyopia, your prescription will contain up to 4 more values (see below).
Power (SPH) – is the strength of near of far sight correction you require. This value will be positive (Long sighted), negative (Short-sighted) or 0.00 (“Plano” no power)
Base Curve – This value represents the curvature of the back of the lens. Typical values for contact lenses are from 8,3 to 9,0 mm
Diameter – corresponds to the width or size of the lens. Typical values for contact lenses are from 13.8 to 14.50 mm
Cylinder – value represents how much of an Astigmatism you have. The larger the number the greater astigmatism.
Axis – represents the angel along which the lens needs to correct the Astigmatism.
Extra Power (ADD) – represents the added magnification you required for close-up vision.
Dominance – indicates which eye caters for farsightedness (D), and which eye caters for near-sightedness (N)
How often do I need to have contact lens check-up?
Most people need a contact lens check-up every 12 months. However, this may vary depending on individual needs.
What does “Toric” or “for Astigmatism” mean?
“Toric” contact lenses correct Astigmatism. This is when the cornea of the eye is not a perfect sphere but shaped more like the back of a spoon or a rugby ball. Vision is blurred because the eye cannot focus light onto the retina sharply enough. The toric lens corrects the focus of light entering your eye.
Why have I been prescribed a particular brand of contact lenses?
As everyone has different shaped eyes and specific requirement for their contact lenses. Your Eye Care Professional will prescribe a specific type and brand contact lenses based on what they believe best matches your unique needs.
I wear monthly contact lenses and want to try daily contact lenses?
Your Eye Care Professional will take your lifestyle into consideration when prescribing your contact lenses. However, if you feel that you would benefit from switching from monthly to daily lenses, we recommend that you consult your Eye Care Professional to get their advice.
Who is Eye Care Professional?
Eye Care Professional is eye doctor or ophthalmologist, optometrist or optician who can prescribe contact lenses or spectacles, depends on the country where you are located and profession standard regulatory.
My vision is not sharp as before, should I change the power?
If you feel like your vision isn’t sharp as it had been, it’s possible your eyesight may have changed since your last check-up. We recommend consulting your Eye Care Professional, who will be able to give you a sight test. It’s important that you have regular eye check-ups, because if your eyesight has changed but you haven’t updated your prescription, you may be straining your eyes.
